Our  new website for Sparks will be transformational for the charity because it creates the platform for a new supporter engagement strategy.

Sparks funds much-needed research into rare childhood conditions. With a successful income stream based on sports events, Sparks wanted to deepen its engagement with the families affected by the conditions Sparks supports and increase its income from voluntary donations.

Public Life worked with Sparks’ in-house team to help point the way to a new strategy focused on committed supporters.

Launched in July, the site provides a clearer mission focus and greatly enhances its presentation as caring, professional and effective. But most importantly, it places families at the heart of Sparks, offering new ways for family supporters to get involved.

Over the next few years, Sparks expects that this fresh focus will translate into new sources of fundraising income, better advocacy of families’ needs in the research context and a much bigger committed supporter base. This excellent charity is set to go from strength to strength.
