A joined-up marketing campaign for this Home Office initiative.
The hub is a Home Office funded initiative with a mission to improve performance among voluntary and community organizations.
The hub is focusing on working with VCOs to improve a range of performance-related practices, such as planning, monitoring, evaluation and quality assurance processes.
Key partners involved in delivering the hub project include Charities Evaluation Services (CES), the National Council for Voluntary Organisations (NCVO) and the National Association of Councils for Voluntary Services (NACVS).
Public Life worked with the hub to create a logo, brand guidelines and a range of user-focused marketing materials, many of which are targeted at managers in frontline organizations. The challenge has been to communicate complex management concepts to people who may have limited knowledge and experience.
The logo for the Performance Hub uses an image of a windmill to suggest concepts of energy and partnership, while the hub’s newsletter, Achieve More, provides practical help and advice about performance for frontline organisations. The design combines inspiring photography with a highly readable layout.
Our website for the hub includes a full CMS and document management system, along with a number of modules, such as an interactive quiz, which are designed to engage in thinking about performance.
