Like all housing associations the Group has a wide range of audiences, from business partners to residents. To meet their diverse needs we divided the website into two key sections: ‘Working with us’ and ‘Living with us’.
‘Working with us’ is designed to appeal to partners, policy makers and job seekers. This section has a professional, commercial feel, using top quality photography to showcase the Group’s developments.
‘Living with us’ is designed to appeal to residents, prospective residents, homebuyers and keyworkers. It uses the same design structure as ‘Working with us’ but incorporates warm, lifestyle imagery. This section features a shared ownership property database enabling Guinness to advertise their properties and users can search and browse as they would on an Estate agent website.
